Career Notes: Played four seasons of college hockey at Providence. Named to Hockey East All-Academic Team in each of his four seasons at Providence. Earned Friar's Unsung Hero Award for the 2005-06 season. Father, Craig Laughlin, played eight seasons in the NHL for Montreal, Washington, L.A., and Toronto from 1981-1989.
